Duseat is a technology platform that connects investors with real estate professionals by allowing investors to publish property requests and enabling agents to submit offers based on those requests.

Duseat does not buy, sell, lease, develop, broker, or own real estate.

The Platform serves solely as a digital marketplace for communication and opportunity matching between users.

Duseat does not guarantee that any request will receive offers, that any offer will result in a transaction, or that any transaction will be completed successfully.

You may use Duseat only if:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law.

By using Duseat, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.

To access the Platform, you must create an account using a valid email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your account information updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

You must immediately notify Duseat if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Each user may maintain only one personal account unless expressly approved by Duseat. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent accounts.

The Platform currently supports two primary user types.

Duseat provides technology tools designed to facilitate communication between investors and agents. Services may include:

• Request publishing
• Offer submission
• Messaging
• Agent profiles
• Ratings and reviews
• Subscription management
• Notifications
• Account management
• Deal tracking

Duseat may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

The standard transaction flow on Duseat is as follows:

1. An investor publishes a request.
2. Agents submit offers.
3. The investor reviews available offers.
4. The investor accepts one offer.
5. A private chat becomes available between the investor and the selected agent.
6. The investor and agent continue discussions outside or within the Platform as appropriate.
7. Once the transaction is completed, the investor may mark the deal as closed and submit a rating and review.

The investor has sole authority to close the deal through the Platform.

Duseat may request professional verification from agents, including but not limited to:

• Real estate licenses
• Company information
• Identification documents
• Employment verification
• Other supporting docs

Verification helps improve trust and transparency on the Platform. However, verification is not mandatory for submitting offers unless Duseat determines otherwise.

Duseat reserves the right to request verification at any time and may restrict certain features until verification has been completed.

All users agree to:

• Use the Platform honestly and lawfully.
• Provide accurate information.
• Respect other users.
• Avoid abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct.
• Refrain from misleading other users.
• Maintain the security of their account.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions, communications, negotiations, contracts, and transactions.

Users may not:

• Publish false requests.
• Submit fraudulent offers.
• Impersonate another person or company.
• Use fake identities.
• Upload unlawful or misleading content.
• Harass other users.
• Send spam.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
• Circumvent subscription restrictions.
• Interfere with Platform security.
• Use automated bots without written permission.
• Collect personal information from other users without authorization.
• Violate any applicable laws while using Duseat.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Duseat is solely a technology platform.

Duseat is not:

• A real estate brokerage
• A real estate agency
• A property developer
• A financial advisor
• An investment advisor
• A legal advisor
• A party to agreements between users

Duseat does not participate in negotiations, pricing, commissions, contracts, payments between users, or property transfers.

All agreements are made solely between investors and agents. Duseat receives no commission from transactions completed through the Platform.

Duseat offers both free and paid subscription plans for real estate agents. Investors may use the Platform free of charge.

💡Users who choose annual billing receive a 20% discount compared to the equivalent monthly pricing.

Duseat reserves the right to introduce new subscription plans, modify existing features, or change pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect the remainder of an active subscription period and will apply only upon the next renewal or new purchase.
