After we send your requests, we call your doctors to make sure they’ve received and processed them. We might need to call them every day for over a week—and endure lots of hold music—before we get confirmation. Even if your doctor has moved or retired, we’ll find where your records or get a confirmation they’ve been destroyed.
You can choose whether or not to share your data for research, and you can change your mind anytime.
